A little clarification….

In recent times I’ve received a few emails asking how donations are distributed. We welcome any enquiries or comments, it’s always good to hear from you.  So, just to be very clear, I thought I would give an exact run down on how we operate...

In 2006 the Vidotto family established ACCV after a family trip to Vietnam.  ACCV is now a registered charity in both Australia and Hanoi. Our financial records are regularly audited by the Australian government.

100% of all donations go directly to support disadvantaged children in Vietnam. 

As a family we pay for all administration and travel expenses, we also pay salaries for the Vietnamese staff we employ.  Brian, our volunteers and our teaching staff all very kindly donate their time and energy.  Each time Rose and I travel to Hanoi the Vidotto family covers each and every expense we incur. 

When you make a donation to ACCV, this is exactly where your money is going....

These are just a few clear examples of how we use your generous donations.

We operate very much on an individual ‘as needs’ basis. We treat every person who comes to us as an individual, we do what we need to do to help them help themselves, (that was a bit of a tongue twister, but you know what I mean!) Our goal is to give them a hand up, not simply a hand out.

Every dollar is greatly appreciated and put to such good use.
